Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue

4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product verification

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Please note:

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Refusal of COD Orders

If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders, ValueBazar reserves the right to restrict or block future COD orders from the customer.
